One account across services
These instructions cover the account used on puntako.app and on Android. You can ask for deletion from the web even if you no longer have the app installed. Web sessions and linked devices are managed inside that same account; local histories are separate.
Deleting your account
- Open your account with the button below and sign in with the same email you used in Puntako.
- In your profile, open "Danger zone" and type your email to confirm.
- Tap "Delete account for good". Wait for the confirmation before closing the page.
What gets deleted
When it completes, the user is removed from the authentication service and the devices linked to that account are unlinked. If the service cannot finish the deletion, an error is shown and you can try again.
Local matches, backups and published results
Local matches stay in the browser or device where they were saved. On the web you can delete them from the scoreboard, or clear the puntako.app data in your browser. Removing the shortcut of the installed web app does not guarantee they are gone. On Android you can delete them in the app or from its settings. Backups you exported and images you sent to other people stay wherever you saved or shared them.
Match links and public results are handled separately from the account. Deleting the account does not withdraw them automatically. To ask for a public result to be taken down, send its link through the support channel. Do not send passwords or access codes.
If you cannot sign in
Write to hi@jlhernando.com from your account's email address. Say whether you want the account deleted, a published result taken down, or both. We check ownership so that nobody else can delete your data.
